Xmas Party at Autistic School

This year we decided to attend the Jiu Lian Wen San church Christmas party which is held as a service project to encourage the students and teachers at a local autistic school. It was a good opportunity to share God's love. They shared the narrative of Jesus birth story, they sang Christmas carols for the students and their families, and showed their love by serving them snacks and presenting them with gifts. The Chinese brothers and sisters take care of it all, no help from foreigners, they just invited us to include us and be friendly. It is so wonderfully encouraging to see something like this happening. When you see Christians reaching out like this, trying to shine their light for Jesus, you know that they are connected to the Vine Himself, and they are going to do ok. Praise God.

And the bonus for us was this: we got to see George and Frank hit the dance floor as square-dancing partners! They make a lovely couple. If you know george and frank, you know how funny this is. If you do not, i am sorry, you are just gonna have to trust me, it is funny.
