My job, I find, as I go forth each day, is to make the most of each opportunity I come across. To show warmth and to radiate love to the people I encounter. I tried to do that today. To be patient. To explain a little more carefully. To mention the reason for my hope any chance I got. And to enjoy the day. To live in today, and not worry about tomorrow, or next month (when I'll be moving!), and certainly not next year. To live today, and "live the questions" as I read in a book once. Tiring this life, but energizing too, and a day lived well is extremely fulfilling. That is why I came back to China; that is why I am here now.
P.S. Pr-y for the sisters across Hangzhou. I am hosting a weekly meeting open to any of them. I hope that one day we will develop into city-wide sisters who know each other and edify each other, and even hold each other accountable. But that is a long way off. So just write this request down somewhere, and remember to lift it up.
