Clarks: Thanks! [and updated wish list]

Thank you so much, to everyone who has so graciously sent us packages! We have rec'v'd all kinds of Halloween and Autumn stuff, including candy and decorations; lots of packets of Kool-Aid, Jell-O, Cup-a-Soup, instant oatmeal, spaghetti and taco mixes, etc.; magazines, including Nat'l Geo., Women's Day (and others like that), and a couple of Christian publications; and, we were even given the new, best-selling novel The Shack--which is cool b/c there was a review of that book in the latest issue of CT (Chr.Today), and now we get to read it for ourselves!
It is always a great treat to have a box arrive, so keep 'em coming!
To update our wish-list: We have plenty of the packaged things mentioned above. If you've already sent more, that's fine, but if you see this blog before you or someone you know sends something else, then you can know that we are already stocked-up.
Magazines, though, are always welcome b/c, you know, they're new every month. Cec has long subscribed to O, The Oprah Magazine, but she no longer has a subsc., so that would be a good treat for her. We both love Nat'l. Geo., DJ (if you don't know DJ, you can ask at LifeWay), CT (ditto, and I think my subsc. has finally expired to that one), Atlantic Monthly, Real Simple...
Anyway, other than that, we'd drink ground coffee. We'll burn scented candles. Cec will drink herbal teas. Uhm... You could even send a small block of cheddar cheese or a canister of dry Parmesan. [Yes, cheese does fine when it is unopened.]
The thing is, most of the things I just mentioned can, in fact, be found here, but they are expensive and not necessarily on every street corner, you know.
Well, so thanks again.
Oh, and did I ever mention... The mailman brings the packages directly to our door!
That may not sound like any big deal, but trust me, this kind of thing--this level of service--simply does not happen in China... ah, but in Hangzhou...
